| Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details such as address and contact details. Once we have received your order we will get back to just as soon as possible to complete the order. When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice and we have recieved payment. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable. We accept all major credit cards except American Express. All items must be paid for in full prior to delivery or collection. If an item is not currently in stock we will contact you and discuss placing an order. | Shipping And Handling We do not undertake delivery ourselves, but we are co-operating with a number of specialist contract firms, and we will make all the initial arrangements on your behalf. Once we have sent your details to the carrier, they are then directly responsible for your delivery. To reduce the cost, payment is made directly to the delivery company. Alternatively, smaller items may be sent by courier, once again to reduce cost. | Delivery Schedule We do not normally undertake deliveries ourselves but co-operate with a number of local firms that deliver nationally on a regulas basis. Delivery schedules are not controlled by us, but by your selected delivery company and delivery is normally completed within 14 working days. Your first point of contact will be your designated delivery company, who will be able to assist you with any enquiries you may have. |
| Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. In this case you only pay 50% of the total value of your order, the balance being due just prior to delivery. We endeavour to complete your order within 12 to 14 weeks but cannot guarantee completion times. You will always be contacted with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait. However we very much hope you understand that this is hand made furniture and does take time to make and then ship to the UK from our factory. |
