| Our standard finish is of a medium gloss appearance, which is achieved by hand polishing using beeswax to a very high standard. This is the easiest finish to maintain, with only a quality beeswax or wax polish applied occasionally to maintain a beautiful, long lasting lustre or patina. We have 6 standard colour finishes that we use, including a selection of painted finishes. Please note that colour matching is not an exact science! As we use solid woods, the variation in colour may differ slightly in individual pieces, but we will make every effort to ensure the items match as closely as possible. If placing an order for a number of items, these will al be finished together, providing a closer colour match, but wood grain will once again, slightly alter the final finish. |
